These terms describe acceptable use of the public index, submission pathways, and evidence-pack request workflow.
Use of public profiles
Profiles are based on publicly available documentation and may be incomplete, outdated, or under review. Use source links and last-reviewed dates when evaluating a profile.
Corrections, claims, and disputes
Corrections and profile claims are free. Payment does not directly alter public scores, categories, evidence statuses, publication decisions, or dispute outcomes. Legal complaints or takedown requests are reviewed through an internal workflow.
Evidence-pack requests
Evidence-pack requests are for documentation/readiness support only. Outputs must be reviewed and adapted by the requesting organization before external use.
Acceptable submissions
Submissions should be accurate, relevant, and based on public evidence where possible. Do not submit confidential material, credentials, private keys, or content you are not authorized to share.
