Profiles are based on publicly available documentation and source-linked evidence. They do not assess private controls, contracts, internal processes, product deployments, customer-specific configurations, or non-public documentation.
Profiles may change
Public documentation changes over time. Profiles may be incomplete, outdated, or awaiting review. Last-reviewed dates and confidence levels are included to make that limitation visible.
Corrections and paid products
Corrections and profile claims are free. Payment for evidence-pack support does not directly alter public scores, evidence statuses, public categories, or publication decisions.
Evidence-pack limits
Evidence-pack requests are documentation/readiness support only. They are not legal advice, a compliance determination, certification, audit, assurance engagement, or a guarantee that a buyer, regulator, partner, or reviewer will accept any output.
Disputes and legal complaints
Disputes, takedown requests, and legal complaints are routed through internal review. Profiles may be marked under review when appropriate while public evidence is assessed.
