Privacy

We may collect names, emails, organization details, company suggestions, correction details, claim details, evidence-pack request answers, acquisition enquiries, source URLs, and basic analytics events such as page views, searches, submissions, and outbound source clicks.

Information is used to maintain public profiles, review corrections and disputes, route profile claims, respond to evidence-pack and strategic enquiries, improve the index, and protect the service from spam or abuse.

The index stores source links, short summaries, timestamps, and review metadata about public company documentation. It does not require private account access, paywall bypassing, or unnecessary collection of personal data.

Submissions and leads may be retained for editorial review, support, and business records. Correction, claim, dispute, and takedown requests are reviewed internally.

Railway hosts the application and database. Cloudflare provides DNS, network protection and Turnstile anti-spam verification. Public form verification sends a challenge token to Cloudflare. Rate limits store keyed hashes of network identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.
